General description
- Consists of 2 rotors, packing part and vacuum. The packing part performs intermittent movement,
the vacuum part with large rotation radius rotates continuously
- Equipped with touch screen control, up to 100 types of products can be set.
- On the screen, you can set and change the machine speed, adjust the temperature,
the vacuum level, fill the liquid volume with easy operation.
- In addition, there are various monitoring functions such as displaying the location of the problem (self-diagnosis function),
displaying the cause/treatment, setting the hourly clock, notification of the preset counter and maintenance time.
- It is possible to display the vacuum and temperature in real time, by upgrading the system, we
support HACCP compatible management system.
- Film recycling function is equipped as standard. Empty bags can be reused to save bags.
- Can be combined with automatic weighing system.
- The adjustment of the packaging part (nail width) can be changed by the switch.
- No need to adjust anything in the vacuum box.
- The vacuum box is made of plastic, the internal condition can be checked clearly.
- The inside of the vacuum box can be washed with water.
- The time adjustment can be done by electronic cam.
- If the heating device is broken, an alarm will be issued and the machine will stop.
